  1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
    • Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made within this timeframe.

  2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

    • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
    • You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

  3. Custom or Personalized Orders

    • Cancellations for custom or personalized orders will not be entertained once the production has started.

  4. Refund Process

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
