How to Claim Warranty
1. Contact Us: Reach out to Dynotrek Support with details of the issue and proof of purchase.
To ensure that we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction, we kindly request the following
information from you:
a) A clear image of the product you received: This will help us verify the issue and identify any
discrepancies with the product.
b) A short video of the product: A video can provide us with a better understanding of the issue and
help us assess the situation more accurately.
c) A copy of your purchase or order confirmation: This will allow us to cross-reference the details of
your order and confirm the item you should have received.
d) A brief description of the specific issue you encountered: Please describe the fit, quality, or any
other issues you have with the product.
2. Resolution:
o If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional
cost.
o If the defect is not covered, we will provide repair services at a nominal charge
Exclusions
